Facility Rental Fees:

Facility fees apply from one hour before guests arrive to one hour after they leave. The minimum for Friday or Sunday weddings and weddings up to one hundred guests is five thousand dollars ($5,000), which include food, facility rental fee, alcohols and non-alcoholic beverages. The minimum for Saturday weddings or weddings larger than 100 guests are seven thousand dollars ($7,000), which include food, facility rental fee, alcohols and non-alcohol beverages. Facility rental fees vary according to the number of guests as follows:

  • 201 to 300 guests $350 per hour
    •  (a tent will be required in case of bad weather)
  • 101 to 200 guests $250 per hour
  • To 100 guests $150 per hour

Facility rental fee includes table set-up with white linens, white linen napkins, salt, pepper shakers, votives, plates, silverware, glasses, and white wooden chairs. Cedarhurst is not responsible for flower arrangement on tables or any other hall decoration. Decoration and table pieces are entirely the responsibility of the individual renter.
