AGREEMENT:

A
non-refundable $250 check or money order must accompany this
reservation.

The
remaining balance and final head count are due ten days
prior to the event date.

No outside
food or beverages are allowed to be brought
in.

Taxes and
Gratuity are NOT included in the cost per entrée. They are additional
charges.

Mixed
drinks, wines, champagne, and soft drinks are available for
additional charges, and they are not included with the
entrees menu.

Maximum stay
for the event shall NOT exceed 3 hours and must
conclude by
12 o'clock
midnight. Customer will be
charged $100 per hour if the event exceeds the 3 hours
allotted.

Customer is
allowed 2 entrée selections per holiday
event/party.
-
Customer is
responsible for the full (100%) payment of the invoice, if
the event is cancelled within seven days of the event; and
50%, if the event is cancelled within fourteen
days.
